What if it doesn't fit?
JADE hope this guide will help you pick the right size for you. If not, you have 03 days to exchange the items.
JADE want you to be happy with your order. If you're happy, we're happy. If, for whatever reason, you're not completely satisfied, you shall notify JADE at [email protected] within 3 days after successfully delivered (we will use the tracking number to verify the exact date).
As soon as you decide to request an exchange, the process must be fully exercised within 30 days from the date of the order being delivered to you.
Please note that all orders are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable from the moment we send out shipping notification email. We can only accept exchanges once. Thank you for your understanding.
